Denise Stasio's Page         Hi! I'm Denise Stasio, a mathematics teacher at St. Agnes Academy, an all girls Catholic high school in Houston, Texas. I have a B.A. in Mathematics from Texas A&M University (Gig 'em Aggies!) and M. Ed. in Mathematics from University of Houston. I truly enjoy teaching and being at St. Agnes ... just ask my students. The courses I am presently teaching are Honors Algebra 2, Precalculus, and Honors AP Calculus BC. Of particular interest to me is the use of the graphing calculator and computer technology in the teaching of mathematics. The project introduces the student to the Draw feature on the TI-83 graphing calculator and can involve the use of Geometer's Sketchpad and a word processing program.
