Water Polo Coach

Jocelyn Chapman is a St. Agnes alumna that graduated in 1995. At St. Agnes, she participated in water polo, swim team, student council, SAVE club, and the retreat team.  She continued her education at Iona College in New Rochelle, New York. At Iona, she was a member of the Division 1 Water Polo and Swimming teams. She competed in the MAAC Conference for both swimming and water polo.  She was awarded the Best Defensive Player in the MAAC, Most Valuable Player at Iona, and 1st Team All-East and All-MAAC.  After graduating from Iona College, she worked in New York for another year before moving back to Houston.  She worked in healthcare, dialysis, for two years while working towards her RN.  She eventually decided that teaching would be a better fit.  She now works at St. Agnes Academy, her high school.  At St. Agnes, she has the exciting job as the water polo coach, swimming/diving coach, a health teacher, a P.E. coach, and a fitness instructor.

She enjoys playing water polo, the outdoors, and traveling.  Her favorite color is blue.  She loves music.  She plays water polo whenever she can.  She also coaches a club league on the side.  She frequently travels to New York.  She loves music and enjoys going to see shows.  She is currently working towards her education degree.  At Iona, she was a biology major.  She has a beautiful golden retriever named Lady.  She LOVES the outdoors, and enjoys activities such as boating on Lake Travis, floating the river, etc.  She really enjoys her freshmen this year BUT loves her other classes, as well.
