Kimberly Fuselier

St.
Agnes Music Teacher
Assistant Choral Director
Miss Fuselier was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana as the second of three children. She grew up in a Southern Baptist home and first discovered her love for performing arts through church activities. She participated in church choirs and ensembles throughout her childhood and supplemented these activities with piano lessons and school theater. One of her favorite pastimes was putting on puppet shows. In eighth grade, Miss Fuselier's love for music intensified after studying under a dynamic choir teacher, Mr., Dugas. She later continued on to Baylor University and University of Indiana to further her studies of music and theater. She chose to make these elements her career because she had always loved music so much. Today she says that music is one of the most pure and beautiful forms of communications because of its clarity of expression.
In the past few years, Miss Fuselier has participated in a number of musicals and operas. Her favorites include:
Miss Fuselier chose to come to St. Agnes because she has always enjoyed teaching voice lessons and especially desired to teach at a Christian school.
In her free time Ms. Fuselier enjoys running, camping and visiting with family and friends.
